We beat the freeze
We picked about 8 gallons of green tomatoes, bell and jalapeño peppers before the freeze and Mel and I spent a lot of time canning all kinds of recipes the last coupe of days.
Also had a great conversation with a man I have done several projects with in the past and we will be meeting within the next two weeks to talk about our business plan.
