Josh turned 4 Sunday

Grandson Josh celebrated his 4th birthday Saturday in Amarillo (his birthday is actually Sunday, Sept. 16). Melanie and I made the drive and had a good time playing with him and brother Kody. Josh is holding a set of turkey feathers as his party was held at a nature center. His eyes look directly into his heart.

New City Logo

After a couple of months of fiddling with this and changing that, we have come up with a new city logo. What do you think?

Baked Crappie

There's only one thing I'd rather do than catch crappie- and that is, of course, eat crappie. Melanie and I had baked crappie Wednesday night. We used basically the same recipe we used to use in Colorado for trout and it was very good.
